Our take Lemoyne sits on the West Shore right off the I-83 corridor, an easy add-on to a Harrisburg-area day and only about 35 minutes from our shop at I-81 Exit 80. If your check engine light comes on heading back toward Hershey, we're a quick stop.
This is the Harrisburg-area outpost of the national K1 Speed chain, sitting just across the Susquehanna from Harrisburg in Lemoyne. The draw is the all-electric karts: instant torque off the line, no engine noise or exhaust fumes inside the building, and enough speed to keep experienced drivers honest. The layout is a true road course rather than a simple oval, so cornering technique matters and your lap times tend to improve the more sessions you run.
