Brewery · Palmyra, PA
Snitz Creek Brewery's Palmyra taphouse sits at 2701 Horseshoe Pike and is the newest of the brewery's three locations — serving house-brewed craft beer alongside brick-oven pizza and pub food in a casual setting that feels right at home in the Lebanon Valley.
Snitz Creek is a locally owned operation with roots in Lebanon and a track record long enough to have earned a real following in the region. The Palmyra location, which opened in late 2023, brought something new to the Horseshoe Pike corridor: a full taphouse with the brewery's own beers and a kitchen turning out homemade brick-oven pizzas. We like it because it's the kind of place you can settle into for a couple of hours — good beer, real food, and a room that doesn't feel like it was designed for Instagram. It's also a natural detour for anyone making the run between Hershey and the Lebanon Valley.
Snitz Creek started in Lebanon with a brewpub on the north side of downtown, and grew to include a second location at Fort Indiantown Gap in Annville before adding the Palmyra taphouse. The family-owned operation brews its own beers across the locations, and the Palmyra spot is the first to offer brick-oven pizza as a kitchen anchor. The name comes from Snitz Creek, which winds through Lebanon County — it's a distinctly local brand that hasn't tried to be anything else.

Three: the original brewpub in downtown Lebanon, a location at Fort Indiantown Gap in Annville, and the Palmyra taphouse on the Horseshoe Pike. Each has its own character; Palmyra is the only one with brick-oven pizza.
Yes — the Palmyra location has a full kitchen with brick-oven pizzas, sandwiches, and more. It's a proper meal stop, not just a tasting room.
Their tap list rotates and spans a range of styles. Past highlights have included a fudge stout and a lemon meringue ale, but the current list changes — check Untappd or their website for what's on tap when you visit.
