Our take Boro sits right on Main Street in Hummelstown, an easy pull-off when you're moving between Hershey and the I-81 corridor — and if your car needs a look before you head north, our shop is up at Exit 80 in Grantville.
Boro is a true neighborhood bar — the sort of place that runs on regulars rather than hype. It sits right on East Main Street through downtown Hummelstown, and after a couple of quiet years it came roaring back with a grand re-opening in September 2022 under family management. Roughly two dozen flatscreens fan out across the room, so whether the season belongs to football, baseball, hockey, or basketball, there is always a screen with your game on it. The bigger draw, though, is the wings: they earned competitive Central PA recognition (Wing Quest Champion and a Central PA Magazine best-wings nod), and they remain the item the room is built around.
Beyond the wings, it works as a full-service bar and grill — a rotating tap list for the beer crowd plus a pub menu of burgers, sandwiches, and shareables that holds up for a real dinner, not just a snack between innings. It is a non-smoking room, which is worth knowing if that matters to your group. The vibe is unpretentious and easygoing, the kind of low-key spot you settle into for a few hours rather than a flashy night out.
