I would like to take a moment to recognize a few special people who have helped us along the way. These mentions are in no particular order, but each individual has played an important role in our journey.

• Tanisha Large – My wife, for her unconditional support, encouragement, and belief in me. I would not be where I am today without you. You are the reason I am able to do what I love every day. Without your push and constant support, this would never have been possible.


• Justin Large – My brother, for his dedication and hard work. You have been here from the very beginning, and I am forever grateful for your commitment and belief in the vision. Without your leap of faith, this business would not be what it is today.


• Larry & Susan Large – My parents, for believing in me and supporting me at every turn. From guidance and advice to the countless hours of hard work my dad has put into the shop, your support has meant everything. You are the first people I turn to when I need advice or help with difficult decisions, and I am deeply grateful for all you do.


• Zack Freireich – For being there from the beginning and helping me grow the business during its early stages.


• Kyle Keller, Josh Kirk, & Dave Clouser – For stepping in whenever an extra hand was needed. Before I started the business, we all worked together at Norfolk Southern, and those years built a foundation of trust and teamwork. Although our paths eventually went in different directions, we remained in contact after leaving the railroad (with the exception of Dave). I truly appreciate the help and support you've given over the years.


• Garth Basehore – Garth has been part of our family for many years, long before we ever imagined the business would grow into what it is today. His strong ethics and solid work ethic are values we deeply respect. We have been through a lot together over the years, and at the end of the day, Garth is family.


• Dan Rider – This one is especially meaningful to me. Dan was one of the first employees hired at our current location, and watching him grow has been a gift in itself. He has been a tremendous asset to the team and has helped the business grow to where it is today. You are more than an employee—you are family. Thank you for your dedication and hard work.


• Jem Salli – Jem began with us as an intern eager to learn the trade and has since become a part-time employee. He is one of the most dedicated and hardworking individuals we have had the pleasure of working with. Jem is never afraid to ask questions or get his hands dirty. Watching him grow from a high school student into a young adult—and having the opportunity to help guide him through this challenging world—has been incredibly rewarding. We are proud of how far he has come.
