Pull to a safe, level spot
Signal, roll slowly to a flat area away from traffic, set your hazards, and engage the parking brake. Avoid stopping on curves exiting the parking lots onto Hersheypark Dr. A well-lit area is ideal, especially at night.
Assess the damage
Look for sidewall gashes, rim damage, or visible punctures. If it's a simple nail in the tread, you may be able to drive slowly to a shop. Sidewall damage means the tire is done—don't attempt to drive on it.
Check your spare
If you have a temporary spare, verify it's inflated (most need 60 PSI). Many modern vehicles don't include a spare—check your owner's manual. If you're not comfortable changing it yourself, that's okay.
