Thank you for visiting my page! I am Brandon Large, the founder of Brandon's Tire & Service, Now NextGen AutoWorks! This business started out of my two car garage at home doing tires on the side while working full time at Norfolk Southern. I quickly began taking on more than just tire replacement jobs to the point my days off were filled working on customer vehicles.

The demand became so great that Justin Large and Zack Freireich were helping out as well. After much persuasion from my soon to be wife Tanisha Large, I decided to take the leap of faith and open a shop. We opened our doors in 2016 and in just 2 short years we had outgrown our original location. It wasn't until this point I decided to leave my job at Norfolk Southern and pursue my passion full time. This was the moment that changed everything for us.

In 2018 we moved to our current location at 130 N Faith Rd, Grantville, PA. We have been blessed with a great team of employees and customers that have helped us grow to where we are today. Without you all, we would not be where we are today. We are eternally grateful for the community support we have received. I have always been passionate about cars and wanted to share that passion with others.

Special Mentions

I would like to make a few special mentions to those who have helped us along the way in no particular order:

  • Tanisha Large - My wife for her unconditional support and encouragement. I would not be where I am today without you. You are the reason I am able to do what I love every day. Without your push, this would have never happened.

  • Justin Large – My brother for his dedication and hard work. You have been there from the beginning. I am forever greatful for you, your hard work, and seeing the business to success. Without your leap of faith this would have never been possible.

  • Larry & Susan Large – My parents - For believing in me and helping me at every corner. From advice to hours of labor and hard work my Dad has put into the shop to help see its success. I am grateful for all you do. They are the first people I turn to when I need advice or help with difficult decisions.

  • Zack Freireich – For being there from the beginning and helping me grow the business.

  • Kyle Keller, Josh Kirk & Dave Clouser – For their help when I needed another hand. You have been here from the beginning and I appreciate all the help over the years.

  • Garth Basehore - For his dedication and hard work. You have been here with Justin and I for far longer than we ever dreamed of a business. We have had our ups and downs but at the end of the day, we are family and you are a great asset to the team.

  • Dan Rider – This one is a special one for me. Dan was one of my first employees I hired for our current location. Watching you grow from the beginning has been a gift in itself. He has been a great asset to the team and has helped us grow to where we are today. You are more than an employee, you are family. I Thank you for your dedication and hard work.

  • Jem Salli – While Not technically an employee, Jem has been a great asset to the team. Jem has come a long way from when he first came to us as an intern. He wanted to learn the trade. Jem has grown tremendously over the years and continues to come in and help when we need him. He has never been afraid to ask questions or get his hands dirty. We are all thankful for the opportunity to help him grow and watch him evolve over the past several years.

  • Jen Spangler – Thank you for everything you do. You have been a great asset to the team and have helped me tremendously. Jen and I grew up together. She was a customer of mine before she became part of our team.

  • Brannon Connley – Brannon has done an outstanding job in the office and I am happy to have him on our team. He is dedicated to his role in our shop. I know I can always depend on him to make things happen. He handles everything from customer service to ordering parts and everything in between. Knowing I have someone I can depend on is a great feeling. I thank you for all you do.

  • I also want to thank all of the past employees reguardless of how long they were with us. You all have helped us in some way or another and I am happy to know we contributed to eachother.

Without the help of these individuals, we would not be where we are today. This is the team that has helped us grow and transformed Brandon's Tire & Service into NextGen AutoWorks. I appreciate dedication they all put in to make this business a success.

We are dedicated to providing top-quality service and making sure our customers are happy. We look forward to working with you and helping you with all your automotive needs. I am looking forward to the future of NextGen AutoWorks and the work we will do together.

ABOUT ME:

I’m the proud father of my mini-me, Holden, and the husband of my amazing wife, Tanisha. As a family, we love traveling the world, spending time outdoors, and being with family and friends. We especially enjoy spending our summers in the Finger Lakes of New York— our home away from home—where we can visit wineries and soak in the beautiful scenery. Camping, boating, and motorsports are among our favorite pastimes. I grew up riding dirt bikes and hope to share these passions with my son.

I was born and raised in Hummelstown and graduated from Lower Dauphin High School in 2008. Afterward, I briefly attended UTI before leaving on my own accord. I’ve worked in the auto industry for most of my career in various roles—from auto parts to repair facilities—but ultimately found that a flat-rate repair shop wasn’t what I wanted for a career. I stepped away from the industry for a time and worked as a Machinist at Norfolk Southern for 8 years. I’ve always had a passion for anything mechanical—from robotics to cars and everything in between—and I’m constantly eager to learn new things. I’m not afraid of change. I enjoy the challenge of doing things others say can’t be done. I’m always looking for ways to improve myself and my business.
